New Gurhan Jewelry!

The Harrison Gallery has new jewelry by the award-winning, Turkish designer Gurhan. Gurhan hand creates each piece out of solid 24 karat gold and/or silver in his Manhattan workshop. Many of his pieces also feature stones that are hand selected, cut and set.
The quality of Gurhan’s jewelry is never compromised, just as the owner’s of his pieces are never disappointed!
New Jewelers: Dori Csengeri, Hila Rawett Karni, & Echo of the Dreamer
Just in time for the warm weather, beautiful new jewelry has arrived that is perfect for dressing up, summer apparel, and unique gift giving!

Dori Csengeri, an Israeli jeweler with offices internationally, creates beautiful hand sewn pieces. Csengeri uses and ancestral technique of needle work to hand create her pieces out of silky cotton cord, leather, and often Swarvoski crystals. Her pieces are extremely sensual and lightweight to wear.

Hila Rawett Karni is a graduate of HIT Holon Academic Institute of Technology of Holon, Israel, where she received a degree in Industrial Design. She works independently out of her studio in London, where her jewelry shows the delicate side of industrial materials, such, as, soft stainless steel springs, lace, leather cord, and 24 karat gold plating.

Echo of the Dreamer is a family owned business in New York City. Founded in 1993 by designer Margaret Thurman, the jewelry is hand made featuring natural gems and pearls, and set in sterling silver.
Exciting Spring Shows
May brings in new pieces by Jamie Young. Her show entitled “Four Seasons” is inspired by landscapes from each season, using a different palette for each one. The opening reception on May13th was quite a success. Many came to enjoy Young's work, talk, laugh, and listen to Young explain her her unique and personal process of creating her works.
The show will run from May 6th– 31st.

June will bring together artists Kim Denise, Carol Gobin, Hale Johnson, John MacDonald, Nick Patten and Judith Solomon for the show entitled “American Realists”. New works will be show cased from each artist, highlighting their technique and realistic style that is a must see!
The show will run from June 4th – 29th, with an opening reception on June 4th 5 - 7 PM.
Community Update
We had a long winter, but spring is finally here and the street is awake! As the green grass grow and flowers bloom, so does Spring Street, with the opening of our new neighbor Ruby Sparks!
