Sterling and Francine Clark Art Institute

Since 1955, the Clark has continued to acquire artworks, with a recent focus on expanding its photography collection. Today, it is best known for works of French Impressionism, especially the paintings of Renoir, and a fine collection of British and American silver.

The Williams College Museum of Art

Mass MoCA

Mass MoCA ranks as one of the most visited institutions in the United States. Focusing on large scale and complex installations that are impossible to realize in conventional museams, Mass Moca is reputed as the most fertile site in the country for new art. Also on the billing is an impressive array of perfomance arts including popular music, contemporary dance, alternative cabaret, world music dance parties, outdoor silent films with live music, documentaries, and avant-garde theater.
