"For me, discovering the Harrison Gallery has been great experience. The quality and diversity of artists and work that Jo assembles is just great. I have acquired a number of wonderful pieces that delight me daily. A warning, however: it is difficult to leave the gallery empty-handed. But then I guess that is better than being disappointed and not seeing anything that you can't live without. "

"Being a "Friend of The Harrison" is easy. It begins with JoEllen and her wonderful staff-Jillian, Jennifer and Roger-who provide a warm welcome for first time visitors and clients alike. Easy and informed conversation follows when there are questions about a particular painting or sculpture, a piece of jewelry or a framing challenge. Nobody is rushed for time. A decision to purchase is invariably a celebration, a feeling that one's life is a little richer as a result. Then, over time, there are receptions for artists and occasional studio visits to give clients the opportunity to get to know the talented human beings who have brought beauty to so many lives. "
